Whoopsie Doodle!

This week's Loss:     -1.3

I haven't updated this in a while - sorry!

I gained some of the weight I lost - which was very vexing.  However, it WAS all my own fault.  I was eating too much and I wasn't working out, I wasn't being honest with myself and I kept saying "it's ok."   Well, it wasn't ok - and I vowed I'd take care of it.

I was out of town for most of the first week in March.  What was shocking was that even though I ate out, I still kept my nose to the grindstone and was able to lose the weight I gained.

Then this past week, I did more workout - even if I was lazy, I  made myself do some exercise 5 of the past 7 days.  :D   I could have done more, but I was frustrated.


What is interesting is that this week, I hit the mark of losing 50 lbs since I started.   I seriously can hardly believe it!  I've gone down about 3 pants sizes, I've gone down several shirt sizes, and I feel a lot better about myself these days.   I have to get a picture this week to put myself side by side - before and current!

You know what is sickening, though?   I still have probably 30-50 more pounds to lose. :/  Which, it happens - I get it.  I just have to power through and keep on trucking.


This week's goals:

It's one day at a time, people!  :D  
Keeping positive and remaining part of the solution and not the problem.
Also, sissy that walk, gurl, and lose dem pounds.
